In your own words tell us about an instance when you had a perplexing, confusing, or surprising experience with your own health.

In My sophomore year of college, I was having a really hard time focusing and being motivated to do my classes. The structure of high school was really easy for my brain to handle. I went online and looked up symptoms of adhd and I had found myself aligning with 15/18. This was in September. I wasn’t able to get an appointment until March 2022

How did this event or journey impact your day-to-day life?

I had to wait month for me to get diagnosed with adhd and for me to start taking meds
